Registration fees
Registration includes coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and conference documents distributed to every registered participant.

** This pass allows you to use public transports (bus, metro and tram) in the Lille Metropole area for the entire duration of the conference. If necessary, the pass may be posted before your arrival to Lille. Depending on your chosen accommodation, most of the place to meet will probably be at a walking distance.

Field trips are open to the conference  participants and accompanying fellows. Minimum number has been fixed to 15 participants. Maximum number of participants depends on the field trip. Closing registration is due by the end of June 2018. In case of cancelation of an excursion by the organisers, the SGF will inform you in a reasonable delay. Fees will be refunded after the congress. The SGF cannot be responsible for associated payments such as transport tickets or accommodation fees…


Cancellation
In case of major force, fees may be refunded after the conference, in case a written request is submitted to accueil@geosoc.fr before the 30th September 2018. Organisers will keep a total of 25% of the expenses for administrative purposes. No refund may be claimed after this date.


Limited liability
The organisers do theirbest to offer participants the best possible conditions for the conference. Nevertheless they cannot be responsible of accidents or external problems (general or individual) that would occur before, during and after the congress.
